Exchanges and returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If something didn't turn out as expected, here's how we solve it.

Last updated: September 19, 2026.

Time frame to request an exchange or return

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. After that period we won't be able to accept it.

Condition of the piece

The piece must be unworn, with no signs of wear, odors or marks, and in its original packaging with the Ágape fabric pouch. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned except for manufacturing defects.

How to request it

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 305 699 3736 or at ventas@agapejoyeria.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.

  2. We'll confirm within 2 business days and give you the shipping address.

  3. Ship the piece well protected. We recommend a service with a tracking number.

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we process the exchange or refund within 5 business days.

    Exchanges

You can exchange your piece for another of the same value, or pay the difference if you choose a higher-priced one. If the new piece costs less, we refund the difference to the same payment method.

    Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

    Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrived defective or you received a different product than ordered. In those cases we cover the shipping.

    Defective pieces or wrong orders

If your jewelry arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a new piece at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

    Custom orders

Made-to-order or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects.

    Questions?

Message us on WhatsApp or at ventas@agapejoyeria.com. We reply with care and as soon as possible.
