How we prepare and ship your jewelry to your door.

Where we ship
For now we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: $6.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (calculated after discounts are applied).
Delivery times
We prepare your order in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or for reasons beyond our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.
Delivery address
Please check that your address is complete and correct before paying. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the new shipment is at the customer's expense. For security, orders over $100 are shipped only to the card's billing address.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. If tracking shows your package was lost, write to us and we will sort it out with you.
