By browsing our store or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Exchanges and Returns policy.

Products

We describe and photograph every piece with great care. Even so, color or tone may vary slightly depending on your screen and, in handmade pieces, there may be small differences from one unit to another. All products are subject to availability.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you confirm your order.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, a secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We also accept Zelle; in that case we prepare your order once we confirm the payment.

Orders

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is sold out, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we detect possible fraudulent use.

For security, orders over $100 are shipped only to the card's billing address.

Coupons and promotions

Unless stated otherwise, coupons can be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other coupons, do not apply to items already on sale and have no cash value. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges and returns are governed by our Exchanges and Returns policy.

Caring for your pieces

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and gold-plated pieces. Normal wear from use, impacts or contact with water, perfume or chemicals are not considered manufacturing defects.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

The photos, texts, logo and design of this store belong to Ágape Joyería. They may not be used without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
